Welcome to Carols on the Lawn
Welcome to South Coast Life Church’s Carols on the lawn. We are so glad that you have joined us to celebrate Christmas with us this year. Christmas is such wonderful time of celebration, the joy and excitement of lights, decorating the house, gatherings and plenty of delicious food.
The season can mean a lot of things to all of us, yet behind all these wonderful things that we associate with Christmas there is one very important message. This message comes with great news of great joy for everyone to receive. The good news of Christmas is all about the coming of Jesus, coming to this earth as a baby, coming to live, walk and breathe just like you and me, Jesus came not just to do life with us, he also came for a very important reason. Christmas reminds us that we are loved by God, that through Jesus there is great Hope, in a world of brokenness and pain, Peace can be found through Jesus. When we have Jesus we have Joy and all these things have been given to us because God loves us so much that he sent Jesus into this world to come and rescue us from darkness and give us life, life to the full. Now that is indeed good news that brings us great joy.
Today we want to bless you and your family as you enjoy the many activities at our Carols on the Lawn. These carols are our way of expressing the Joy of Jesus to our community. If you are looking for a church to attend this Christmas, please feel free to join us here on Christmas Day at 9am.
